Here’s the proposed budget for the 2008-2009 School year. This budget will be voted upon in our first meeting, Wednesday September 10th. The meeting begins at 6:00pm and will be held in the library.

Although it’s still August, the days are getting shorter and there’s a chill in the air, that means school is just around the corner. We wanted to let you know that there’s still some positions available for the 2008-2009 school year. Please consider sharing your talents, either as a chairperson of a committee or as an assistant. The following positions are open for this year:

• Arts-in-Education
• PTA Council Art Fair
• Membership
• Craft Fair

Just a reminder…

Our annual PTA dinner will be held at the Stockyard Restaurant (Rt 82 in Hopewell Junction) on Wednesday, June 4th.  Come say thanks to the 2007-2008 PTA volunteers, as well as welcome the new volunteers for the 2008-2009 school year.  We will also be voting on next year’s Executive Board Members.

Price for dinner is $25 (includes 18% gratuity).  For dinner you have a choice of (beef, chicken, or fish), salad, rice, vegetable, bread, soft drinks, dessert, coffee and tea.
